Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays and promotional periods and then shipped USPS Priority.
Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days but may vary depending on location.

We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the initial order date.

WHAT IS MY BRACELET SIZE?
Most of our bracelets are a standard 7" circumference. We've tested out lots of wrists and this seems to be the most universal size.
We occasionally do special edition sizing.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Our jewelry may look tough (as a knight), but it's delicate (like a daisy...get it?). Enamel especially has a tendency to chip under the stress and strains of everyday life.
Here is the best way to keep your bracelets in tip top shape:
1) Avoid all water. The Pool. The Shower. All the water.
2) Avoid banging your wrist on hard surfaces.
3) Avoid throwing your bracelets in the bottom of your bag.
